  • You can pay online on this website or pop into our office at 48 D'Archiac Drive, Lake Tekapo to pay by card or cash. Please note that payWave is not possible.

    9 Holes - $30 per person
    18 Holes - $35 per person
    Golf clubs - $25 per set
    Golf carts - $50 per cart

  • You sure can! We can supply:

    Club sets - $25 per person with 4 balls & tees (Men's RH, Men's LH and Womens RH available, adult sets only).
    Electric carts - $50     per cart - seat up to 2 players.

    Trollies are free to use and are located at the course car park. Please note we have a limited number and do not take reservations for these.

    Equipment is to be prebooked via the website and collected from The Cairns Alpine Resort Office at 48 D'Archaic Drive beforehand. You are also welcome to use your own.

  • The Cairns Golf Course is a fun-yet-strategic links-designed 9-hole golf course, with two tee blocks per green allowing you to play a full 18-hole round.

  • For now, we do not offer lessons but will update if this changes.

  • Rounds & equipment (excluding carts) are complimentary with all accommodation bookings at The Cairns Resort. We still recommend booking any equipment ahead of time. Book with the 'pay later' option so that we can ensure you are not charged or send us an email.

  • We do not have set tee times so you are welcome to play at a time that suits you. For any equipment hires or to pay in person, our office is open 9am - 5pm and so all equipment must be returned by 5pm. 

    If you have your own equipment, you may pay online and also play outside these hours.

  • If you have hired equipment or chosen to pay in person please come to reception at The Cairns Alpine Resort, 48 D'Archaic Drive.

    Our team is on site but not if we are not in the office please give us a call on 036806952 and someone will be with you shortly.

    If you have your own equipment and have paid for your green fees online then you may head straight to the golf course.

  • Yes, there is a car park at The Cairns Alpine Resort reception for guests hiring equipment as well as a car park at the start of the golf course.

Location

If you have selected to pay later or reserved equipment, you must report to The Cairns Reception at 48 D'Archiac Drive before going to the golf course.
